Thank you for participating in the 2020 PHARMAC stakeholder survey.
As one of PHARMAC’s important stakeholders, we invite you to share your views on how we can improve our relationship with you and/or the organisation you work for. We are seeking insights into the type of relationship you have with us today and the type of relationship you need into the future.
PHARMAC has commissioned The Navigators, an independent research agency to carry out the survey. It should only take about 10 minutes of your time and it would be great if you could complete the survey by 4 January.
With stakeholder surveys, it can be useful for the commissioning organisation to know the context of feedback provided. As such, your responses will be linked to your role and organisation for our analysis purposes. We treat all comments with the utmost confidentiality.
